Start planning your dream home
Once you've found the perfect piece of land, it's time to start designing! Nash Properties has the means to build from any licensed plans, and our architect can also modify existing plans for a truly custom feel. We will take the time to guide you through potential costs, gauge feasibility, and help you select the floorplan that meets your vision and budget.
Determine the final cost
After designing every inch of your home, we'll go over the fixed and final cost of the project. You won't have to worry about any surprise expenses or increases—everything is outlined in our contract! However, if you want to make changes during the construction process, we'd be more than happy to accommodate them.
